This past May, I had the pleasure of photographing a delightful couple, Caleb and Mariam at the picturesque Kadriorg Park in Tallinn, Estonia. The day was perfect, filled with laughter, love and the beautiful natural backdrop of the park.

The aim was to make the photos tell their unique story and the styling was aimed to feel genuinely like them. While I know photoshoots can feel stressful, I wanted the shoot to feel more like a fun date instead of having the pressure to feel perfect and beautiful. It did not take very long for them to start feeling comfortable and forgetting that I’m there.

One of the highlights of the shoot was witnessing the dynamic between Caleb and Mariam. They are the perfect combination of opposites, with Caleb being more introverted and Mariam’s cheerful extroversion balancing things out. This mix made for some wonderfully spontaneous moments where my idea was one, but they took the idea and just made it feel like them. I was so happy that they were open to all my crazy ideas and poses that I had in my head.

The outcome was some beautiful images that hopefully will give you a bit of a glimpse to their story as well.
