Introduction:

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to share this lovely, sea-themed wedding I had the pleasure of photographing recently in Tallinn. The day was full of joy, beautiful moments, and a couple so clearly in love that it made my job an absolute joy. Although it was a small wedding, the intimacy of the day made it feel even more special. From the ceremony at the Tallinn Vital Statistics Department to a scenic adventure in Viimsi and a stunning reception by the sea, this wedding was full of magic.

The day started with a beautiful ceremony at the Tallinn Vital Statistics Department, a place where many Estonian couples begin their journey together. Even though this location is quite popular, each ceremony feels unique because it’s all about the love shared between the couple. This wedding was no exception—the vows were heartfelt, and the atmosphere was filled with warmth and love.

With a bit of time to spare between the ceremony and the reception, we decided to take the couple on a little adventure to Viimsi. I love using this time to capture the couple in different settings, and Viimsi offered the perfect mix of nature and serenity. We started in a quiet forest spot where the light was just perfect—soft, subtle, and absolutely romantic.

This was one of those moments where I relied on prompting rather than posing. I asked the couple to just enjoy the moment, hold each other, and take it all in. The result? Some of my favorite photos from the day, filled with genuine emotion and the kind of quiet intimacy that only nature can inspire.

From there, we made our way to the beach, capturing some breezy, carefree moments that perfectly matched the sea theme of the day. The beach was a lovely contrast to the forest, adding a touch of fun and spontaneity to the shoot.

The reception was held at Paat, a beautiful restaurant right by the water. The sea theme was evident in every detail, from the decor to the atmosphere. And as a special surprise, we found a little boat that perfectly tied into the theme! The couple was so excited to pose next to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to their photos.

The evening was filled with laughter, heartfelt toasts, and a first dance that brought everyone to tears. It was clear that this couple was surrounded by so much love and support, and it was an honor to capture those moments.
